All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We will confirm your order via email once it has been processed.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as other payment methods available at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of purchase.

6. Shipping

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on opened items. If your item arrives damaged or you have received the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@bymalaperfume.com and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
